- Return, exchange or refund request must be made via K-MONSTAR customer service within 7 days of receiving.
- Requests past 7 days will be rejected.
- Original shipping cost or customs fees will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
- All requests will only be evaluated when it meets requirements.
- K-MONSTAR reserve the right to deny a return or exchange at any time.
Refund Policy
- Missing merchandise refund request must be made with a FULL LENGHTH UNEDITED UNBOXING VIDEO from a FULL SHOT ANGLE!
- Scratches, minor damage and discoloration of the case or package will not be considered as damaged product.
- Refund or reshipment will not be made if the delivery was failed due to the incorrect or insufficient address provided for shipping.
- Missing or damaged product component (inside sealed product) can only be investigated with a Product Unboxing Video.
Unboxing Video Standard
- An Unboxing Video is only effective one when matches all standards.
- All unboxing videos must be 100% unobstructed and showing all components being removed and checked in front of the camera.
- Unboxing videos must show only the product and be fully exposed.
- No edited or cropped footage will be accepted.
- An Unboxing Video is only valid when it's taken with BRAND NEW SEALED product
