• ⭐️ Shipping costs for general and event products are calculated based on WEIGHT per Zone. Please check the amount before you order.⭐️ 
• Orders placed by 10AM (GMT+9) will be packed and shipped on the same day on business days.
• Orders placed on Friday after 10AM (GMT+9) and on Weekends will be arranged the next Monday.
• Shipping arrangements may take up to 3-5 business days when a certain product is out of stock.
• PRE-ORDER purchases will be arranged as soon as the product is in stock.
• Average delivery days are 3-7 business days after arrangement. 
• Shipping arrangements will NOT be arranged on ALL Korean holidays.
