    • 所有透過本活動訂購的專輯將於活動結束後開始發貨。
      • Albums purchased through this event will be shipped in bulk after the event ends.
    • 根據特典卡及專輯的準備期，發貨期可能需要10個以上的工作日。（不包含週末和國定假日）
      • Purchased albums will be shipped in batches after the event ends, and may take 10 or more weekdays (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the perks and product preparation period.

    • 得獎者將於11月13日（三）17:00 (TST) 後透過應募時提供的電子郵件信箱得到通知。
      • Winners will be notified individually after 17:00 (TST) on Wednesday, November 13th, via the contact information entered at the time of application and the orderer's e-mail.

 

  • 活動得獎者 Event Winners
    • 得獎者是由隨機抽籤選出的。我們將不會對任何因為未抽中而提出的抗議或詢問做出回應。
      • The winners were selected by computerized lottery, and we will not respond to complaints or inquiries regarding non-winners.

  • 活動流程 Event Procedures

1. 本次活動每位成員各進行4回，每回5分鐘。每人只能當選一回，應募時不能指定參加的回合。

This event will be held for 5 minutes per session and 4 times per member. You can only win one session, and cannot specify the round to participate in when applying.

 

2. 每回活動開始前10分鐘必須到達活動現場，參加活動的人必須攜帶包括姓名、出生日期和照片在內的實體身份證。

- 如果得獎者的身份證沒有經過驗證，例：名字與身份證上的名字不相符，則將不被允許參加活動。
- 符合驗證資格的身分證種類如下：
● 未成年者 : 小學、國中、高中學生證(需有照片及生日)、健保卡、護照
● 成年者：中華民國身分證、護照
● 所有外國人：未過期的護照
* 除本國未成年者外的所有得獎者不得使用學生證(包含所有大專院校)進行身份驗證。
- 只有實體身份證可以進行驗證。身份證的照片或影本、應用程式等將不被允許驗證身分。

Please be sure to bring your photo ID with full name date of birth to the venue 10 minutes before the event.

- If your ID is not verified, you will not be allowed to participate in the event, and if your name is different from the name on your ID, you will not be allowed to participate in event.
-Types of identification that can be verified are defined as follows.

   ●  Minors: Elementary, Junior High and High School student ID card (photo and date of birth required), Health Insurance Card, Passport
   ●  Adults: R.O.C. ID card, Passport
   ●  All foreigners: Unexpired Passport
   * All recipients except minors are not permitted to use their student ID card (including all colleges and universities) for identity verification.
- Only physical IDs can be verified. No photos or copies of IDs, apps, etc. will be allowed.

 

3.  在參與抽獎活動時，爲了檢查重複中獎，將收集和提供以下個人資訊。
- 收集的項目：購買資訊、姓名、聯繫資訊、出生日期。
- 收集目的：確認 ONE PACT - 2nd Mini Album [fallIn'] 粉絲活動的得獎者並進行活動。
- 個人訊息的接收者：ARMADA ENT、V-EIGHT CORP.。
- 保留和利用個人資訊的期限 : 活動結束後7天內消除完畢。

When applying for the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows to check for wins and to conduct the event.

- Collected information: Order Information, name, contact information, date of birth

- Purpose of collection: To confirm the winner of the fan event commemorating the release of ONE PACT - 2nd Mini Album [fallIn'] and to conduct the event.

- Recipients of personal information: ARMADA ENT, V-Eight Corp.

- Period of retention and utlization of personal information: Disposal within 7 days after the end of the event.

 

4. 請於活動開始10分鐘前至指定區域等待。超過入場時間即不可入場。

Please wait at the designated waiting area 10 minutes before the start of each event. If you exceed the admission time, you are not allowed to enter.

 

5. TO.可以用得獎者真實姓名/暱稱（英/韓）進行。

TO. can be conducted with winner's real name or nickname (Korean/English).



6. 在活動期間，不允許四處走動，請務必坐在自己的座位上，否則可能會被驅逐出活動會場。

You are not allowed to move around during the fan sigring session or set up a tripod in a location other than your seat.

 

7. 本活動禁止攜帶相機、攝影機、錄影機，只允許手機拍攝。

使用手機腳架時請於入場前設置完畢，若入場前腳架未設置完畢則不允許攜帶入場。

Cameras, video cameras, and video recorders are not allowed in this event, only cell phone is allowed. 

When using a tripod, please set up before entering, tripod is not set up before entering, you will be alowed to bring into event.

 

8. 活動進行時請勿與成員們自拍。

It is prohibited to take selfies with members during the event.

 

9. 拍照時禁止使用閃光燈、自動對焦輔助照明器和頻閃燈。

Flash, AF-assist illuminators, and strobe lights are prohibited when taking photos.

 

10.活動期間不允許通過SNS進行直播，如果被發現，無論是否獲得簽名，都將被要求立即離開會場。

Live broadcasting via SNS is not allowed during the signing session, and if caught, you will be asked to leave the venue.



11. 請注意，如果你使用過激的語言或要求藝人做出不合理的行爲，將會被現場工作人員約束並被驅逐出會場。

Please note that if you use excessive language or request unreasonable behavior from the artist, you may be restrained by the on-site staff and expelled from the venue.



12. 本次活動不接受手寫信及禮物。

"Hand written letter and Gifts" are not allowed at this event.

 

13. 請勿攜帶拍立得相機及底片相機入場。

Polaroid cameras and film cameras are not allowed.

 

14. 請注意，不允許塗鴉及貼貼紙在藝人身上。

Please note that graffiti or sticker which could touch the skin are not allowed.

 

15. 為了安全起見，活動期間門市進行出入管制。

For security reasons, access control is carried out at the stores during the event.


16. 為了活動順利進行，請好好遵守門市內工作人員的引導。

For smooth operation, please follow the guidance of the staff in the store.

 

  • 參與粉絲須知及其他訊息 Notes to Entrants and Other Guidance

 

1. 活動商品無購買數量限制。

There is no limit to the number of purchases.

 

2. 線上及線下的專輯售價相同，敬請參考。

Please note that albums are sold at the same price online and offline.

 

3. 專輯與特典的比例為1:1，單筆訂單購買8張時，特典8張不重複。

One benefit for one album. When purchasing 8 albums in 1 single order, all 8 versions will be sent without duplicates.

 

4. 特典小卡換貨標準：材質特性上可能會發生細微劃痕，無法退換貨。

肖像上印有5mm以下的劃痕、墨水、痕跡等皆無法退換貨。(包含小卡背面)

Photo card exchange return criteria: Due to the nature of the material, micro-scratches may occur, which are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Stamps, scratches, ink, and tease marks of 5mm or less on the artist's portrait are not eligle for return.[including the back of the photocard].

 

5. LUCKY DRAW活動商品在活動期間結束後無法退款或取消。

Lucky Draw event items are non-refundable and non-cancelable after the sale closes.
