      • Purchased albums will be shipped in batches after the event ends, and may take 10 or more weekdays (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the perks and product preparation period.

      • Winners will be notified individually after 15:00 (TST) on Tuesday, September 3rd, via the contact information entered at the time of application and the orderer's e-mail.
    • 得獎者將於9月3日（二）15:00 (TST) 後透過應募時提供的電子郵件信箱得到通知。
  • 活動得獎者 Event Winners
    • 得獎者是由隨機抽籤選出的。我們將不會對任何因為未抽中而提出的抗議或詢問做出回應。
      • The winners were selected by computerized lottery, and we will not respond to complaints or inquiries regarding non-winners.

  • 活動流程 Event Procedures

1. 本活動將分為20人一組。

This event will be divided into teams of 20 people.

 

2. 活動開始前10分鐘必須到達活動現場，參加活動的人必須攜帶包括姓名、出生年月日和照片的實體身份證。

- 未進行身分驗證則無法參與活動，若中獎者名字與身份證名字不相符，則將不被允許參加活動。

- 符合驗證資格的身分證種類如下：

  • 未成年者 : 小學、國中、高中學生證(需有照片及生日)、健保卡、護照
  • 成年者：中華民國身分證、護照
  • 所有外國人：未過期的護照

* 除本國未成年者外的所有得獎者不得使用學生證(包含所有大專院校)進行身份驗證。
- 只有實體身份證可以進行驗證。身份證的照片或影本、應用程式等將不被允許驗證身分。

Please be sure to bring your photo ID with full name and date of birth to the signing session.

- If your ID is not verified, you will not be allowed to participate in the event, and if your name is different from the name on your ID, you will not be allowed to participate in event.

-The types of identification that can be verified are defined as follows.

  • Minors: Elementary, Junior High and High School student ID card (photo and date of birth required), Health Insurance Card, Passport
  • Adults: R.O.C. ID card, Passport
  • All foreigners: Unexpired Passport

   * All recipients except minors are not permitted to use their student ID card (including all colleges and universities) for identity verification.
- Only physical IDs can be verified. No photos or copies of IDs, apps, etc. will be allowed.

 

3. 在參與抽獎活動時，將收集和提供以下個人資訊。

- 收集的項目：購買資訊、姓名、聯繫資訊、出生日期。

- 收集目的：確認 YOUNITE 6TH EP [ANOTHER] 粉絲活動的得獎者並進行活動。

- 個人訊息的接收者：BRANDNEW MUSIC、V-EIGHT CORP.。

- 保留和利用個人資訊的期限 : 活動結束後7天內消除完畢。

When applying for the event, personal information is collected and provided as follows to check for wins
and to conduct the event.

  • Collected information: Order Information, name, contact information, date of birth
  • Purpose of collection: To confirm the winner of the fan event commemorating the release of YOUNITE 6TH EP [ANOTHER] and to conduct the event.
  • Recipients of personal information: BRANDNEW MUSIC, V-Eight Corp.
  • Period of retention and utilzation of personal information: Disposal within 7 days after the end of the event.

 

4. 請於活動開始10分鐘前，至指定等待區等待。超過入場時間即不可進場。

Please wait at the designated waiting area 10 minutes before the start of event.
If you exceed the admission time, you are not allowed to enter.


5. 在活動期間，不允許四處走動，也不允許在自己座位以外的地方架設腳架。請務必坐在自己的座位上，否則可能會被驅逐出活動會場。

You are not allowed to move around during the fan signing session or set up a tripod in a location other than your seat. Please be sure to sit in your seat as you may be asked to leave.

 

6. 自拍桿和腳架只能在你的座位上擺放。如果它們超過了適當的高度，並對其他粉絲造成不便，可能會被要求停止使用該器具。

Selfie sticks and tripods can only be set up at your seat. If they exceed the appropriate height and cause inconvenienience to other visitors, we may ask you to stop using them.


7. 拍照時禁止使用閃光燈、自動對焦輔助照明器和頻閃燈。

Flash, AF-assist illuminators, and strobe lights are prohibited when taking photos.


8. 活動期間不允許通過SNS進行直播，如果被發現，將被要求立即離開會場。

SLive broadcasting via SNS is not allowed during the signing session, and if caught, you will be asked to leave the venue.


9. 請注意，如果你使用過激的語言或要求藝人做出不合理的行爲，將會被現場工作人員約束並被驅逐出會場。

Please note that if you use excessive language or request unreasonable behavior from the artist, you may be restrained by the on-site staff and expelled from the venue.

 

10. 不能與藝人進行觸碰等接觸，若發生以上情形將會採取退場措施。

Touching artists is prohibited. If it happens, you will be expelled from the venue immediately.

 

11. 本次活動不接受手寫信及禮物。

"Hand written letter and Gifts" are not allowed. 

 

12. 請勿攜帶拍立得相機及底片相機入場。

Polaroid cameras and film cameras are not allowed.

 

13. 為了安全起見，活動期間門市進行出入管制。

For security reasons, access control is carried out at the stores during the event.

 

14. 為了活動順利進行，請好好遵守門市內工作人員的引導。

For smooth operation, please follow the guidance of the staff in the store.

 

  • 參與粉絲須知及其他訊息 Notes to Entrants and Other Guidance

1. 活動商品無購買數量限制。

There is no limit to the number of purchases.


2.  線上及線下的專輯售價相同，敬請參考。

Please note that albums are sold at the same price online and offline.


3. 特典卡無法指定款式，只能隨機發放，且無法因商品重複要求換貨或退款。

（購買8張的倍數也可能會有重複）

Please note that photo cards are sent randomly as we cannot verify the portrait. 

We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to duplicates. [There may be duplicates even if you purchase in multiples of 8].

 

4. 特典小卡換貨標準：材質特性上可能會發生細微劃痕，無法退換貨。肖像上印有5mm以下的劃痕、墨水、痕跡等皆無法退換貨。(包含小卡背面)

Photo card exchange return criteria: Due to the nature of the material, micro-scratches may occur, which are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Stamps, scratches, ink, and tease marks of 5mm or less on the artist's portrait are not eligle for return.[including the back of the photocard].

 

5. LUCKY DRAW活動商品在活動期間結束後無法退款或取消。

Lucky Draw event items are non-refundable and non-cancelable after the sale closes.

 

6. 請務必在購買前詳讀活動公告。 

Please check the product details page before purchasing.

 

7. 活動商品及特典不可退換（活動預購期間後取消和退換），購買前請確認內容，如不同意還請諒解。 

Defective items can be exchanged for the first time only. (No re-exchanges)

 

8. 所有購買的專輯的銷量將計入HANTEO CHART和CIRCLE CHART。

All albums purchased will count towards HANTEO CHART and CIRCLE CHART.

 

9. 於實體店購買的商品若有不良或缺少內容物的情形，只能在活動期間內於購買的賣場進行換貨，領取商品後請務必確認是否為不良品。活動結束後，不得透過網路商店客服中心等申請退換貨。

OFFLINE

- Defective products and missing components can only be exchanged at the store where you purchased during the event, so please be sure to check the product for defects upon receipt.

- Exchanges/returns cannot be made through the online store customer center after the event ends.

 

10. 線上購買的商品將從9月16日(一)開始按照訂購日期依序配送。配送時程可能需要15個營業日以上，且可能會因商品入庫及特點供需日程而變動。若有商品不良或缺少內容物的情形，請提供包裹及商品的完整開箱影片。

ONLINE

- Shipments of eligible items will begin on Monday, September 16th, and will ship in order based on the order date. It may take more than 15 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) for full delivery depending on the volume of products. The above delivery schedule is subject to change due to product availability and perk avability.

- For inquiries regarding missing or defective components, we will ask for an unboxing video to speed up the process.

- Lucky Draw event items are non-cancelable/exchangeable/refundable after the sale closes.
